The Bulgarian Society of Dermatological Surgery (BULSDS) introduces the determination of a first draining/ sentinel lymph node by radioactive labeling with technetium, followed by SPECT-CT in order to maximize its exact localization and visualization. At the same time, a removal of a sentinel lymph node is performed in combination with its intraoperative express histological examination – express frozen histological sections (Gefrier).
