Prof. Dr. Nellie Konnikov
Professor of Dermatology at Boston University School of Medicine and Tufts Medical School, Boston, USA.
Graduated and received her M.D. degree from Moscow Medical School, Dr. Konnikov had her initial Dermatology training in Moscow and after moving to United States completed her Dermatology residency at the Boston University-Tufts University in Boston, in addition to a DermFoundation Fellowship in Immunology.
Former Director of Dermatology Residency Program at Tufts, currently, she is the Chief of Dermatology and Director of TeleDermatology at Boston VA Healthcare System in Boston. She is supervising Dermatology Healthcare delivery to US Veterans in five US Northeast States.
Dr. Konnikov has developed the largest referral center for medical and surgical Dermatology, Laser treatments, Photodynamic therapy and Facial Volume restoration in special patient population.
Dr. Konnikov is a director of one of the best Teledermatology in Massachusetts and teaches residents from three Residency Programs in Boston (Harvard, BU and Tufts).
Dr. Konnikov’s unique and engaging teaching skills make her a highly sought lecturer, presenter, and instructor at master classes in USA and worldwide. She had conducted injection master classes at the American Academy of Dermatology, International Society of Dermatology and on behalf of American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons.
